Produktbeschreibung

Das ESEE-3P-MB Model 3 ist ein vielseitiges Outdoor-/Bushcraft-/Überlebensmesser. Aufgrund seines geringen Gewichts, des schlanken Profils und der verschiedenen Scheidenoptionen ist es nach wie vor ein Favorit bei Strafverfolgungs- und Militäreinheiten.

Die Drop-Point-Klinge mit glatter Schneide und Flachschliff ist aus schwarz pulverbeschichtetem Carbonstahl 1095 gefertigt. Dank der full-tang Konstruktion verläuft die Klinge durch das gesamte Messer.
1095-Carbonstahl ist nicht sehr korrosionsbeständig. Tatsächlich verfärbt er sich recht schnell, wenn er mit Feuchtigkeit und/oder Salz und Säure in Kontakt kommt. Reinigen Sie das Messer nach dem Gebrauch und geben Sie ihm ab und zu einen Tropfen Öl. Mit der Zeit bildet 1095-Stahl eine Patina, die ihn weniger anfällig für Korrosion macht.

Der Griff besteht aus grauem Micarta, einem Verbundmaterial aus Leinen und Kunstharz. Bei genauerem Hinsehen erkennt man eine subtile Textur auf der Oberfläche, die manchmal fast wie Holz aussieht. Dieses Material ist stark und stabil und bietet einen sehr guten Halt.

Das Messer wird mit einer Kunststoffscheide mit MOLLE-Rückseite und Clip-Platte geliefert.
